Dear Friends,
The congregations of Rockwood and Stone met on March 15, 2020 and decided to move our community activities online and on the phone to care for each other and support our governments and health care workers in managing COVID-19.
Our special services and activities including Good Friday, Church Anniversaries and Christmas Eve, the Food Fight, Rockwood's Country Breakfasts, Stone's Canadian Foodgrains Bank Pumpkin Project and more are being re-imagined to happen online. Our Bible Study, Geniesis Book Club, other groups and meetings have moved online as well.
Connecting
We have set up Circles of Care to connect people by phone and/or email, creating a great opportunity to get to know each other better. Each household makes at least one call and receives at least one call each week. Please email Heather hleffler@rogers.com if you would like to be part of Rockwood or Stone's Circle of Care. Please call others from time to time to keep connected.
Online/On the Phone
Rockwood and Stone United Churches worship each Sunday at 10 am on ZOOM. Starting at 9:30 am you are invited to join us for a time of fellowship. Email Heather hleffler@rogers.com or call her at 519-265-7385 for a ZOOM link or meeting ID and password or if you need help with Zoom.
Contemplation and Conversation
Unable to join us for worship, sign up to receive Contemplation and Conversation. Each week a picture, scripture, question and reflection can be used for personal meditation or shared with your family or friends. Email rockwoodstoneuc@gmail.com to receive it each Sunday afternoon or read it here or on Facebook.

Help with Groceries, Errands etc.
A number of volunteers are willing to help you with groceries and other errands if you would rather not go out into crowded spaces or are needing to self isolate. Contact the church for rockwoodstoneuc@gmail.com.
