Saturday, May 4 at 10 am join us at Stone or on Zoom for Stone’s 2024 Wellness Series about Dealing with Stress Post-Covid. Join Karishma Rego, a Mental Health Therapist from the East Wellington Family Health Team, for an informative and engaging event that will give you tools to help you feel more hopeful and empowered the next time you encounter a stressful event or time in your life. In this hybrid gathering, we will explore effective strategies to manage stress and promote overall well-being.
