Spring Harvest Table
Stone UC Foodgrains Bank Project would appreciate your support of our spring offerings by donations of any plants, shrubs or perennials you are thinning out. Mulch, cedar, dogwood, maple tree whips will be available and watch for wild leeks and fiddleheads too. Please take as you need and give as you are able ... exchanges are fine too!
A Message from Rockwood Outreach
Heather Blair has kindly planted heirloom tomatoes for us to sell-they are the best! Also a limited number of lupins. We will have them available for sale on Sunday May 31 at Rockwood. They are in bio-degradable pots, so no transplanting needed.
Saturday, May 30 from 8 to 11 am plan to attend the Country Breakfast at Rockwood. Bring your family, friends and neighbours for a delicious breakfast and lively conversation. Breakfast is $10 per person for scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potato casserole, toast, juice, coffee or tea. Don’t miss out on the last breakfast of the season!
May 30 from 1 to 4 pm there will be a Celebration of the Lives of Marg Cox and her daughter Linda Willis at Rockmosa.
Sunday, May 31 join Rev. Heather Leffler for Worship and Communion at Stone at 9:45 am and at Rockwood at 11:15 am. Zoom will open for conversation before worship at Stone at 9:30 am and remain open until after Rockwood’s service.
Tuesday, June 2 at 7:30 pm join Heather for Bible Study on Zoom. We are studying the story of Jacob’s family.
Thursday, June 4 at 1 pm join us at Stone for Choir Practice.

Sunday, June 7 join Rev. Heather Leffler for Rockwood’s Anniversary Worship at 10 am. Our guest preacher will be Rev Kathi Phillips. Zoom will open for conversation before worship at 9:45 am. Plan to stay for a potluck lunch.
Tuesday, June 9 at 7:30 pm join Heather for Bible Study on Zoom. We are studying the story of Joseph and his family.
Thursday, June 11 at 10:30 am join the ladies for Tea and Talk at Rural Roots.

Friday, June 12 at 6 pm join us for Faith, Food, Friendship and Fun at Rockwood. The evening will begin with dinner, and include a Biblical tour of Israel, conversation, a craft, and casual time of worship. June is Pride Month. Sunday, June 14 in Conversation in worship we will be sharing how far we have come in becoming public, intentional and explicit about our support for our 2SLGBTQIA+ siblings and where God might call us to grow in being affirming.
